How is a mediation scheduled?
- Fill in some dispute information and find a mediator and time that will work for you (it is nice to give the responding party multiple options, so pick a few).
- The responding party will fill in some dispute information and select a time and mediator that works for them.
- Finally, the mediator that is chosen will confirm the mediation time!
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard lets you view all of your open and closed mediations.
How to I get the person I'm having a dispute with to mediate?
When you schedule a mediation an email is sent to the other party. To do this, you must know the email address of the other party.
