Are the mediation rooms private?
Yes, only the mediator and the parties to the mediation can enter the mediation room.
What if I want to talk to the mediator in private?
The mediator can set up a private "caucus" room for just the two of you to talk.
Will the dispute information I enter on the site by private?
Yes. The mediator will be able to see both the issues needing to be resolved and the ideas each party has for resolving them. The other party to the mediation will only be able to see your description of the issues needing to be resolved.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. In fact, MediateMe never keeps credit card information on file. That is all handled by Paypal.com.
Will you sell my email address?
Never.
