Both you and the responding party can suggest mediators and mediation times until both parties are satisfied. For fee-based mediations, you may choose to pay the mediation cost yourself, suggest the second party pay, or split the cost 50/50.
-
Mediate
When it's time for your mediation to begin, all parties will be able to enter the mediation room. The technology used to help facilitate a mediated resolution includes video and audio chat, text chat, and teleconference capabilities.
If your mediator charges a fee, you will first be asked to enter your credit card information. Don't worry, you will only be charged while all parties are participating in the mediation.
